we are

Hi, I’m Stacie, the baker behind Twisted Pines Sourdough.

Twisted Pines is a small-batch cottage bakery based in Central Oregon, serving the Bend, Redmond and surrounding communities. What started in my home kitchen as a love for sourdough has grown into a way to share fresh, thoughtfully made bread with my local community.

Every loaf is mixed, shaped, and baked by hand and with the help of small-batch equipment, using simple, quality ingredients and a long fermentation process that brings out the flavor, texture, and character of true sourdough.
